Online appointments will be held via the appointment software. Make sure that you select "online appointment" when you make your appointment online. Below are the steps you should follow in order to properly share your document with your consultant and have a successful online appointment.
- At least five minutes before your appointment, please log in to the writing center schedule and click on your appointment.
- A window with your appointment information will pop up. Click on the red words "Start or Join Online Consultation."
- Another window will open where you will have your appointment. Click on the symbol with two opposing arrows located in the upper right side of the screen. This button allows you to upload your paper and download the session and your changes once it's over.
- Once your paper is uploaded, please enable/allow video and audio. You can also use the chat bar to the right to communicate with your tutor. See the image below for more help. If you click on it, it will get bigger for easier reading.
